We have been in Brazil for almost a week now! I think, I do not not even know what day it is when I am vacation! I have loved Brazil so far and anticipating seeing much more of it! It is so different from Ecuador, but I do miss Ecuadors prices. Brazil is a lot more expensive than I originally anticipated! I almost feel like it is the same price as the US......... It is just as nice as the US I think! Especially Rio, what a pretty city and very cosmopolitan as well. It was just as nice as NYC, but with beautiful beaches. The next city that we went to is more inland se llama Belo Horizonte, which was also very modern and pretty. Now we are in a colonial town in the mountains called Oro Preto and it looks amazing. I love Brazil, the people, and the food, but I cannot speak a bit of Portuguese. I will write more- stay tuned.

Don't you just love summer vacation? I'll have to peruse your old blogs- I pent some time in Peru- Iquitos- myself. About 1 in the afternoon, those dependable rain showers would land, yes?
